IMPORTANT
Make sure that tension in the power grid where the appliance is installed is
compatible with tension indicated in the tag in the electric cable.

2.2 Pre Operation

Before using your equipment, should you wash all parts that come into contact with the
product to be processed, with water and neutral SOAP (see item 3.3 cleaning).
Verify that the equipment this firm in your workplace.

3. Operation

3.1 Starting the operation

To switch on the equipment proceed as described:
1 - Check if ALL the protections and door are correctly positioned and closed (item A from
Picture 02).
2 - Connect the equipment to the power grid;
3 - Press and release the switch ON/OFF No. 1 (picture 02) to the "I" position making the
appliance to turn on.
