Use and care instructions
Wash pans/bowls from the Balancia collection before using.
Preparation :
Do not cut directly inside the bowls.
Cooking :
The pans/bowls and accessories from the Balancia collection are compatible with all types of
stovetops, including induction.

For gas hobs, make sure that the flame never goes beyond the thermal-diffuser base.
The accessories from the collection (bowls, handles, lids) are ovenproof.
The maximum temperature for oven cooking is 500°F (260°C).
For best results when cooking with the bain-marie, use 4 ¼ US cups (1L) water.
For steam cooking, use the lid to prevent evaporation.
Care
All the products in the Balancia line are dishwasher safe.
For more effective cleaning, soak or prewash the products before placing them in the
dishwasher.
To make cleaning easier, the lid button can be unscrewed.
Make sure that the button is well fastened before using.
This collection's innovative design makes for optimal storage in the kitchen: the products nest
together easily.
WARNING: Do not use bleach to clean Balancia products; this could render them
unusable.

Lifetime warranty (excluding wearing parts) covers manufacturing defects with proof of
purchase.
