Bowls/pans

All of our bowls/pans have a layered thermal-diffuser base. Heat is distributed in a more
homogeneous fashion, and food is cooked more quickly and evenly.
The aluminum strip is imbedded in stainless steel, which makes cleaning easier (not direct
contact with the aluminum).
Our bowls/pans are compatible with all types of stovetops (gas, electric, vitroceramic, and
induction cooking hobs) and can be used in the oven.
The bowls' curved rim helps prevent spills.
They are also dishwasher safe.
Lids
•
Made from tempered glass, Balancia lids are encircled with silicone for enhanced
airtightness.
The handles of the lids are also coated with silicone for a better grip. The lids are ovenproof
up to a maximum temperature of 500°F (260°C).

Handles and pan handles
•
The handles and pan handles are compatible with all Balancia pans.
The handles and pan handles have been designed to prevent the concentration of heat in
order to make it easier to serve with and handle the utensils immediately after cooking with
them.
The opening in the middle of the handle also helps release heat to make it easier to serve with
