The utensils in our Balancia line are made from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel
for 3 uses in 1:
You can use Balancia every day for :
preparing: (rinsing ingredients in a colander or mixing, beating, or kneading them in a
semispherical cul-de-poule mixing bowl).
cooking or reheating: food on all types of stovetops (gas, electric, vitroceramic, or
induction cooking hobs), over a bain-marie, or in a conventional oven.
serving meals: (with or without their handles, Balancia utensils' rounded edges and
generous volume make them ideal for serving salads and pasta).

Because of our pans' built-in unique and patented secured rotation system, the colander
and bain-marie pivot effortlessly inside the pan, making it easy to empty out cooking water.
The bain-marie includes a safety latch to prevent any risk of burns while using it.
Quality of the materials
Mastrad designed the bowls/pans and Balancia accessories with high-quality materials
which comply with the standards in force. They ensure neutrality with regard to food and
preservation of ingredients' nutritional and taste-related qualities.
The resistance properties of stainless steel combined with aluminum make result in an even
