*(Secured Rotation System) :
Because of our pans' built-in unique and patented secured rotation system, the colander
and bain-marie pivot effortlessly inside the pan, making it easy to empty out cooking water.
The bain-marie includes a safety latch to prevent any risk of burns while using it.
Quality of the materials
Mastrad designed the bowls/pans and Balancia accessories with high-quality materials
which comply with the standards in force. They ensure neutrality with regard to food and
preservation of ingredients' nutritional and taste-related qualities.
The resistance properties of stainless steel combined with aluminum make result in an even
distribution of heat.
