For recommended lubricants see section 4.5.
Should the number of working hours that the machine is in use during the indicated period exceed the
number quoted in brackets, then use the recommended 'working hour' guide as the lubrication schedule.
11.1

ENGINE DAILY: (EVERY 8 WORKING HOURS) ________________________

1. Clean the sump filler cap and surrounding area.
2. Check the level of the engine oil and if necessary top up with fresh oil to the top of the filler hole
threads. To obtain the correct level the machine must be on level ground.
3. Wipe away excess oil and replace the filler cap.
11.2

ENGINE: (AFTER FIRST 20 HOURS) ________________________________

1. Remove the drain plug [B] and drain sump.
2. Clean and replace the plug.
3. Clean sump filler cap and surrounding area.
4. Refill the sump through the filler hole until the oil is
5. level with the top of the filler hole threads. To obtain
the correct level the machine must be on
level ground
6. Wipe away excess oil and replace the filler cap.
11.3 ENGINE WEEKLY: (EVERY 50 WORKING HOURS) _____________________
Drain and refill the sump as above.
