Updating the AV-HS450 software version
 Insert the SD memory card into the SD memory card slot of the AV-HS450.
 Press the [SDCard] button to light its indicator, and display the SDCard menu.
 Turn [F1] to display the File sub menu.
If the SD memory card has not been inserted, "No Card" will be displayed for the
Mode item.
 Turn [F2] to select "Init" for the Mode item, and press the [F2] switch.

 When the [F5] switch is pressed, the "Init ↓ " item changes to "Init?".
 Turn [F5] to select "Yes", and press the [F5] switch.
This causes initializing to start.

 When initializing is completed, the following folders are created on the SD memory

3. Copying the version up software to the SD memory card
Copy the version up software from the CD-ROM to the SD memory card.
 Eject the initialized SD memory card from the AV-HS450, and insert it into the SD
memory slot of the personal computer.
(In the example given here, insert the SD memory card into the D: drive.)
 Insert the CD-ROM provided with the board into the CD-ROM drive of the personal
computer.
(In the example given here, insert the CD-ROM into the E: drive.)
 Copy the two files in the "E:\VersionUpSoftware" folder on the CD-ROM into the
"D:\HS400\SYSTEM" folder on the SD memory card.
Two files to be copied
 v1tov2.45d:
Step-up file
 v2.45d: Version update file
(Where v2 indicates the version)
 After the files have been copied, eject the SD memory card from the personal
computer.
4. Loading the copied files into the AV-HS450
Load the version up software copied onto the SD memory card into the AV-HS450.

 Insert the SD memory card containing the copied files into the SD memory card slot
of the AV-HS450 again.
 Press the [SDCard] button to light its indicator, and display the SDCard menu.
 Turn [F1] to display the File sub menu.
 Turn [F2] to select "Load" for the Mode item, and press the [F2] switch.
