- Read the instructions contained in this manual carefully as they provide important information on the correct
installation, operation and maintenance procedures.
- Store this manual carefully for future reference by the operators.
- After removing the packing, check the integrity of the unit and, if in doubt, do not operate the unit, call professionally
qualified personnel.
- Before connecting the unit, make sure that the data on the plate correspond to those of the gas mains.
- This unit must only be used for the purposes for which it has been expressly designed, any other use is to be
considered improper and therefore dangerous.
- The unit must only be used by a specifically trained person.
- For any repairs, call solely a technical service centre authorized by the manufacturer and ask for genuine parts.
- Failure to comply with the above may jeopardize the safety of the unit.
- Never wash the unit with direct or high-pressure jets of water.
- Do not obstruct air vents or heat dissipation openings.
ELECTRICAL INFORMATION
- The electrical safety of this equipment is only ensured when the oven has been correctly connected to a good
earth as prescribed by the regulations on electrical safety in force.
- It is absolutely essential to verify this basic requirement, and if you have any doubt, ask professionally qualified
personnel to make a careful check of the system.
- The manufacturer cannot be considered responsible for any damage caused by the lack of earthing of
the system.
- The oven must also be included in an equipotential system whose efficiency must be verified according to the
regulations in force.
- Connection is made by means of a screw marked with the "equipotential" sign located near the terminal strip.
- On installation, a general switch must be provided for the cable hookup, with a contact separation of at least 3 mm.
- The flexible cable for hooking up to the electrical line must have characteristcs that are not inferior to the H07RN-
F type with rubber insulation.
