2.2 - OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLE
The operational principle is based on the fact that a hydraulic motor rotates a worm screw, which in turn
rotates a toothed rim. Joint rotation causes the rotation of pipes bolted to it.
The machine is supplied incomplete and is an accessory for slurry spreader systems; the next figure
includes some typical examples for joint installation.
2.3 - ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITION
The Machine does not require any particular environmental conditions.
Attention, the Machine is not suitable for working in environments with an explosive or corrosive atmosphere
or with an excessive presence of dust.
Machine use is prohibited in environments that are:
- in a corrosive atmosphere;
- at risk of fire;
- in an explosive atmosphere.
The oil temperature during operation must normally be included between -30°C and +60°C, at higher
temperatures oil duration is significantly reduced.
The temperature of the ambient where the motor is installed must be between –15°C and +80°C.
2.4 - LIGHTING
Since the machine does not include independent light sources, it is necessary to use the machine during the
day and/or that during operation a minimum lighting of 100 lux is guaranteed for all points of the machine.
