Choosing the correct operating mode and rivet

PRODUCT SETTINGS
Language: There is a wide choice of available interface languages (French, English, German, etc.).
Unit of measurement: There is a selection of measurement units: International (SI) or Imperial (USA).
• Screen brightness Adjust the brightness of the interface screen (set from 1: very dark - 10: very bright)
SYSTEM
Device name: Information relating to the machine's name and customisation options can be found by pressing
the interface screen.
Clock: Setting the time, date and format (AM / PM).
Reset: Resets the product's settings:
Partial: resets back to manual mode at 50 kN with a HR110 arm
Total: all device's configuration data will be reset to factory settings
VERIFICATION
Feature that checks that the riveter's pressure meets the set-point pressure.
Fitting the Evolution pressure sensor (ref. 071759) The sensor's drag pointer must be zeroed before starting the pro-
cedure.
Once the verification procedure has started, animations will explain how to operate the machine. The pressure reading
must be taken at the red needle and entered in the machine.
TRACEABILITY
This interface allows the user to record riveting operations as a site report and export this information to a USB stick
so that it can be opened and used on a PC with the GYSPOT computer software (see 'GYSPOT software' section).
• Displayed on the LEFT are:
- the machine's operating mode or the rivet supplier
- the type of operations the machine can perform (riveting, drilling or
rivet removal, etc.)
-the type of rivet being used (self-piercing or Flow-Form, etc.)
-the size and type of the selected rivet
• The left dial is used to select one of these four fields
• Displayed on the RIGHT are the values which can be selected accor-
ding to the fields on the left
• The right dial is used to choose this value (which supplier, type of
operation, type of rivet and their part numbers)
