WORKSTATION GYSPRESS 10T PP CONTROL
To select the GYSPRESS riveter, go to the menu and click on 'Modes', then click 'GYSPRESS' followed by 'Traceability'.
When the GYSPOT spot-welding machine is restarted, it will automatically be in GYSPRESS mode.
User Identity:
In order to personalise the reports with your personal details, certain information is required. To enter them, go to the
menu, click on 'Options', then on 'Identity'. A new window will appear with the following information:
Company name
Address/Postcode/City/Country
Phone/Fax/Email/Website
Logo
This information will then be displayed on the reports.
Traceability:
By default, the GYSPOT software will open in Traceability mode.
Importing spot-welding reports from a USB stick:
To import the worksite reports made with a GYSPRESS 10T PUSH-PULL CONTROL into your PC, previously saved in your
USB stick directly from the machine (read the 'Traceability' section), insert the USB stick into your PC's USB port.
Then, select the drive in which your SD card is inserted and click on the button .
When the import is performed, the various operations performed are grouped by a work-order identifier. This identifier
groups operations together according to the name of the report entered into the GYSPRESS machine. This identifier is
shown by clicking on the 'In Progress' tab.
Once the worksite reports have been imported, each report can be searched, edited or archived. To view the operations
performed on a particular report, select the report. The operations carried out will be displayed in the table.
To perform a search, fill in the search field and click on the search button
To edit a report, select a report then click on the edit button
To archive a report, select a report then click on the archive button

Accessing archived spot-welding reports:
To view archived reports, click on the 'Archives' tab. Reports are grouped by year and month.
To view the operations performed, select a report. The operations carried out will be displayed in the table.
For archived reports, it is possible to search, edit or delete a report. Please note, a report archived and then deleted
will be imported again when the next data import is carried out if the report has not been deleted from the USB stick's
traceability directory.

Deleting traceability files from the USB stick:
Deleting will erase all operation reports stored on the USB stick. To delete these traceability files, insert the USB stick
into the PC and then go to the menu, click on 'Options', then 'GYSPRESS' followed by 'Erase USB traceability'.
Please note, when deleting files, the worksite reports produced which have not yet been imported will be automatically
imported.
It is also possible to delete traceability files by directly deleting the files saved in the directory: Removable disk\TRACA-
BILITY.
