The cooker can also be used without a splash guard.
• Remove the packaging and the protective foil.
• Remove residue from the part of the cooker that
is to be secured with adhesive strip.
• Remove the protective foil from the adhesive
strip.
• Position the splash guard on the hob.
• Screw the mounting plates to the cooker (A).
• Screw the mounting plates to the splash
guard (B).
The appliance must only be connected by a licensed
expert.
The appliance must be installed in accordance with
the latest IEE (Institution of Electrical Engineers)
guidelines.
If the appliance is connected incorrectly, it could be
damaged.
Make sure that the power supply voltage value
corresponds to the value specified on the
identification plate. You will find the identification
plate on the back of the appliance.
The appliance plug and the wall socket must be
compatible and must comply with current electrical
standards. Make sure that the appliance plug is
accessible for regular inspections after installation.
Make sure that the power supply is earthed correctly
and that the safety valve and the cable and wiring
system in the buildings can withstand the appliance
load.
