The manual is to be considered part of the system and must be kept for its entire service life.
The manufacturer considers itself exempted from any responsibility in the following cases:
Improper use of the refrigeration unit - incorrect installation, not carried out in accordance with the standards indicated -
electrical power supply defects - serious lack of maintenance - unauthorised modifications and interventions - use of
non-original spare parts - partial or total non-compliance with the instructions.
The manual must be available to the operators and maintenance personnel, so that they can consult it whenever required. If
the system is transferred to third parties, the manual must be given to each new user or owner, and the supplier must be
promptly informed. If damaged or lost, ask the supplier for a copy.
N.B. Electrical appliances can be hazardous to health. Current laws and regulations must be complied with during
installation and use. Anyone using the machine must read this manual.
2. Warranty (for Italy only)

refrigeration units are covered by a warranty for one year from the time the system is tested.

The warranty includes the labour and materials required to restore the correct operation of the refrigeration unit for problems
deriving from manufacturing defects or errors.
The warranty does not include interventions to restore operation caused by an incorrect use of the refrigeration unit or failure
to comply with the instructions contained in the documents supplied with the refrigeration unit, including this Manual. If a
"Technical Assistance Agreement" has been signed, reference must be made to it in order to determine the charges and
obligations borne by the parties.
