Warranty of torque wrench
- For the damage due to the material or process defects within 90 days after the date of purchase by user (subject to the
invoice date), SATA will provide the repair or replace the parts for free.
- The free replacement means that the product which has been used less than 5,000 times and of which the accuracy is
below ±3 % according to the test instrument may be replaced within 90 days after the date of purchase (based on the invoice
date).
- The product damage or accuracy above ±3 % caused by misuse, abuse, accident or failure to follow the precautions are not
covered by the free repair and calibration.
- The products repaired by third parties other than the SATA officially authorized service organizations are not covered by the
free repair and calibration.
