avoid this, always keep the generator's battery at full charge. This can be performed basically in two ways:

battery;
2. Externally charging the battery, using an appropriate charger (e.g. Schulz 12V charger).

7. Procedure for changing engine oil:
Remember to drain the oil while the engine is hot to guarantee total removal of the used oil.
Procedure of changing:
A. Remove drain plug, seal washer and the measuring rod and let the oil flow into an adequate container;
B. Reinstall the plug and the seal washer tightening until a good fixation is guaranteed.
C. Fill tray in with the oil specified in this manual (SAE 20W 50) up to the specified level.
WARNING: Used oil might cause skin cancer if in prolonged contact. It is recommended to wash hands with
water and soap everytime you handle used oil.
Oil must be discarded in an appropriate way. Under no circumstances in domestic trash. Discard used oil and
the items contaminated with the oil according to local norms and take it to recycling centers.
