Troubleshooting
N.B.! Whenever the appliance does not work properly, try to solve the less serious
problems using this table.
FAULT
The appliance does not turn on.
Water does not reach the pasta
cooker tank.
Water does not drain from the
cooking cavity.
The inner walls of the tank are
covered with limestone.
The cooking cavity is stained.
The gas appliance does not turn
on.
The light indicators do not turn
on.
N.B.! If the problem cannot be resolved, turn the appliance off and shut all the
supply valves. Then contact customer service.

PoSSIBLE CAUSE
•
The master switch is not
connected
•
The residual current device
or circuit breaker has tripped
•
The waterworks gate valve
is shut.
•
The drain is clogged.
The water is too hard; the
softener is finished.
•
Quality of the water
•
Ineffective detergent
•
Insufficient rinsing
•
Gas valve shut.
•
Air inside pipes.
•
The master switch is not
connected
•
The residual current device
or circuit breaker has tripped

INTERVENTIoN
•
Connect the master switch
•
Switch the residual current
device and/or circuit breaker
back on
•
Open the waterworks gate
valve.
•
Clean the drain filter.
•
free the drain from residues.
•
Connect the appliance to a
water softener.
•
Regenerate the water
softener.
•
Descale the cooking cavity.
•
filter the water (see water
softener)
•
Use the recommended
detergent
•
Rinse once again
•
Open the gas valve
•
Repeat the ignition
operations
•
Connect the master switch
•
Switch the residual current
device and/or circuit breaker
back on
