Key AQ - Programs selection and memorization.

Operating in Parameter Selection Internal mode and Job mode.
The key AQ pressed briefly carries out a selection, pressed for a time greater than 3 seconds carries out
an operation of recall, memorization, deletion or modification (par. 9).
7.9
Key AP - Tig functions.
In Tig operation the current diagram function leds and those of the Tig-AC operation (if selected) are lit
in succession influenced from the chosen welding mode.
Every led indicates the parameter, whose value is visible on display U and adjustable with knob Y, during
the time the led stay lit. After 5 second from the last variation the interested led and display U are
extinguished and display O visualizes the value of the main current (led AG).
When the leds AL (pre-gas) or AB (post-gas) are selected the pressure extended beyond 3 seconds of this
key actives the function "Test Gas", and therefore the gas flows out from the torch. In order to interrupt
the gas flow press key AP shortly. The gas flow finishes automatically however after 30 sec. from the
activation of the function.
Inside the "Second Functions" menu allows the selection of the several functions (par. 10).
7.10 Led AL - Pre-gas.
Gas output time before welding begins (0,05 ÷ 2,5 sec).
GB
7.11 Led AI - Welding start current.
Is a percentage of the main current (led AG).
7.12 Led AH - Slope up.
Is the time in which the current, beginning from the minimum, reaches the set current value (0 ÷ 10 sec.).
7.13 Led AG - Main current.
Is the welding current in the single level current processes, and the main current in the two levels current
processes.
7.14 Led AD - Base Current.
Is a percentage of the main current (led AG).
7.15 Led AE - Pulse frequency.
Is the welding current pulse frequency (0,16 ÷ 500 Hz).
7.16 Led AF - Pulse period.
It indicates as percentage the ratio between the main current
time "t" (AG) and the pulse period "T" (AE) (see fig. a side).
t/T range = 10 ÷ 90%, adjustable with knob Y and visualized
on display U.
7.17 Led AC - Slope down.
Is the time in which the current reaches the minimum and the arc shuts down (0 ÷ 10 sec.).
7.18 Led AB - Post-gas.
Is the gas output time after welding end (0 ÷ 30 sec.).
7.19 Led AO - Start.
Adjusts the "Hot-Start" level to maximize starts in TIG-AC mode for each electrode diameter.
When this led lights the display U shows a numerical value that refers to the electrode diameters.
The operator may use the knob Y to set the diameter being used and obtain a good start immediately (0,5
÷ 4.8).
