Use
Insertion and use
1. Opening the handle. Simultaneously press the two side release buttons
with your index finger and thumb, taking care to position your hand so as
to leave the lower lever free
2. Locking the handle. Place the open handle above the edge of the ingenio
pot or pan, and position it on the edge of the cookware. Fully press the
lower lever (it should no longer protrude from the body of the handle) so as
to pinch the edge of the cookware. The handle is then locked and you can
use your cookware
Unlocking
1. Unlocking is not possible without deliberate action. Set the ingenio
container on a flat and stable surface. Simultaneously press the two release
buttons with your index finger and thumb, taking care to position your
hand so as to leave the lower lever free
2. T he lever is automatically lowered and the clamp opens. The handle is
unlocked. The handle can then be removed from the cookware
