REMEDY
Check that the red sleeve has been correctly positioned. If the problem persists, imme-
diately remove the device from service and contact the manufacturer.
Remove the device from service and contact customer service.
Check that you have opened the locking handles correctly.
Make sure that nothing is interfering with the locking mechanisms.
If damaged, immediately remove the device from service and contact the manufacturer.
