Preparation:
1. Put small pieces of chocolate in the pot and add 25 ml
of milk.
2. Melt chocolate by setting the temperature controller to
level I. Keep stirring the contents.
3. Once the pot contents become a homogeneous mass,
add the rest of the milk, liquid whipped cream and
icing sugar.
4. Set the temperature controller to level II and heat the
pot contents for two to three minutes under constant
stirring.
Hot chocolate sauce for desserts
Ingredients:
100 g of dark chocolate
100 ml of cream
Preparation:
