This LED Light bar has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will only fit in
a polarized outlet one way. If the plug does not fully fit in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use
power strip unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE THIS FIXTURE WITH A DIMMING CIRCUIT.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Use ONLY insulated staples or plastic ties to secure the cords.
2. Route and secure the cords so that they will not be pinched or damaged.
3. LED light output is strong enough to injure human eyes. Do NOT look directly at
exposed LEDs.
4. LEDs gradually emit less light over their lifetime.
5. Do NOT use with an extension cord, use ONLY with power strips that have integral
overcurrent protection.
6. Do NOT mount to surfaces less than ¼ in.

NOTE: Ensure mounting location is within 5ft. of an electrical outlet. Clean surface with rubbing alcohol. Remove red liners. Press two
strips (CC) to the back of the fixture on each end for 12" bar. Apply additional strip (CC) in the middle for 18" and 24" bars. Remove
black liners. Press the fixture to surface with tab towards you. Press firmly for 30 sec.
Use the 2 included clear cord clips (DD) for cord management. To apply, clean surface with rubbing alcohol. Use the 2 additional strips
(CC) for cord clips (DD). Remove red liners. Press the strips to the back of the clip. Remove black liners. Press each clip firmly to the
surface for 30 sec. Insert cords into cord clips and plug into outlet.
Gently hold the light or clip in place with one hand. Never pull the strip away from the surface! Always pull along the surface. Slowly stretch
each strip slowly against the surface at least 6 inches to release.
