Inserting the restraint pole

Danger of crushing between the load and the restraint
pole!
The prerequisite for using the restraint pole is that the loading
unit is capable of withstanding the loads and forces being
applied. Take into account the maximum payload and the
correct load distribution within the vehicle.
• Insert the restraint pole in the lower lashing point.
• Pull the inner tube in the restraint pole upwards and insert it
into the fixing rail. Use slight pressure when doing so to brace
the restraint pole.
Hinweis: Make sure that the restraint pole is securely mounted
in the vehicle. Ensure that the inner tube is engaged and that the
gas pressure spring is tensioned.
