ASSEMBLY MANUAL
CAUTION! Follow the steps below during the assembly and use tools supplied with the product.
Prepare sufficient space for the assembly operation.
It is advisable to assemble the product with another person because of the weight of some elements.
STEP 1.
Unscrew the factory-mounted 4 step bolts (6),
4 flat washers (7), 4 spring washers (8), and 4 bolt
caps (9) and remove the transport safety device
from the main frame (1).
Attach the front base (2) and rear base (12) to the
main frame (1) with the 4 step bolts (6) you have
just removed, 4 flat washers (7), 4 spring washers
(8), and 4 bolt caps (9). Secure them firmly with
a spanner.
Insert the post (18) into its slot in the main frame
(1) and secure it by tightening the quick release
clamp (16).
CAUTION! Do not exceed the maximum and
minimum height marked on the bracket when
adjusting the saddle height.
STEP 2.
Fix the quick release clamp (16) to the front tube in
the main frame (1). Turn the clamp lever (16)
clockwise and tighten it as much as possible. Then
rotate it counter-clockwise and loosen the clamp
lever (16) to make room for the handlebar post
(25) in the tube.
Insert the handlebar post (25) into the front tube in
the main frame (1), set it to the right height, and
firmly tighten the clamp lever (16).
Fix the handlebar (26) onto the handlebar post
(25). Install the quick release clamp (27) with a flat
washer (32) and secure firmly.
Install the saddle (28) onto the saddle bracket (19).
Tighten well with a spanner.
CAUTION! Before training, make sure the saddle
(28) is fixed well to the saddle bracket (19) and
guide without any play.
