Beginner mode
1. Press UP or DOWN key to select your training programme, select
BEGINNER mode and press MODE key to confirm.
2. Press the UP or DOWN key to set TIME.
3. Press the START/STOP key to start the training. Press the UP or DOWN
key to set the resistance.
4. Press the START/STOP key to pause the workout. Press the RESET key to
return to the main menu.
Advanced mode
1. Press the UP or DOWN key to select your training programme, select the
ADVANCE mode and press the MODE key to confirm.
2. Press the UP or DOWN key to set TIME.
3. Press the START/STOP key to start the training. Press the UP or DOWN
key to set the resistance.
4. Press the START/STOP key to pause the workout. Press the RESET key to
return to the main menu.
