Setting up assets

After starting the application, define the required test points for specified assets.
To define the test points:
 Create Location (e.g. company; location of plant; site or facility)
 Create Sublocation (if required)
 Create Asset (machinery)
 Enter Asset Details
 Define Components
 Define Test points (preferably bearing location)
 Define Tasks and Alarms
 Define Device Settings
1. To set up the asset from the application, click the Configuration icon
to access the Configuration module.
This is the module where assets are set up.
2. Click the Edit tab (2) to create an Asset hierarchy.

Click (3) at any time to access the online help.
NOTE: The Edit tab toggles to Complete tab.
