1.3 Appliance positioning

In case of appliance installation against a wall, the wall must stand up to temperatures of

150°C and it must be fireproof. On the contrary the appliance should be positioned in a
distance of 5 cm from back wall and 20 cm from side wall.
The appliance of this handbook are A type so it should be installed and placed under a
•
suction hood or an exhaust fan to guarantee of combustion products and vapours dispose.
The speed and the direction of the air flow must be calculated so as not to impair
combustion or harm the health of kitchen operatives.
This appliance type are not suitable to built in.

The various appliance may be installed separately or combined with other units in our
•
range.
