Prior to disassambly
Clean the outer face of the impact wrench. Ensure all new sealings to be available for
replacement during assembly.
Consider the installation direction of the sealings before removing them.
Notice: Learn the particular installation direction and the assembly order of the parts from
the technical drawings and parts lists of this instruction.
Disassembly
The following assembly groups can be dismounted independently.
Impact mechanism
Unscrew the socket head screws item 409 and pull the impact mechanism housing complete
with impact mechanism from the motor.
Press the bolt item 404 out of the beam item 405, both, the hammer item 406 and the anvil
¾" assy. item 402 can be taken out now. (Attention! The screws item 409 are secured with
Loctite!)
If necessary, knock the guide bushing item 441 out of the impact mechanism housing item
440.
Hydraulic motor
Unscrew the 8 socket head screws item 33 and separate the motor cover assy. item 170
from the motor. Pull the inner motor parts out of the motor housing item 150.
Control
Switch valve rotation direction clockwise – anti-clockwise
Remove the circlip item 21. Pull the items 5, 18, 19, 20 and 22 out of the motor housing item
150.
Switch valve on - off
Loosen the hexagonal nut item 25, pull out the socket head screw item 24 and remove the
valve lever assy. item 180 from the motor housing item 150. Loosen the thread sleeve item 13
and take the inner parts
items 8, 10, 11, 12, 16 and 17 out of the motor housing item 150.
Pull the control sleeve item 151 out of the motor housing, if necessary.
Connecting block
Unscrew the socket head screws item 43 and take the connecting block item 35 together
with the items 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42 out of the motor housing item 150.
