Re-assembly
Clean all parts prior to re-assembly.
Basically the re-assembly is done in the reverse order than the disassembly.
Always identify the cause of the problem before re-assembling the impact wrench. If the root
cause is not eliminated, further wear and failure of the impact wrench may result.
Impact mechanism
Generally we recommend replacing all sealings, e. g. o-rings, at each disassembly and re-
assembly. Furthermore the impact mechanism should be filled sufficiently with grease (15 gr).
The following parts have to be checked for wear, respectively for fissures: The anvil ¾" item
402, the beam item 405 and the hammer item 406.
The items 403, 404, 406, 412, 413, 414, 415 und 441 have to be checked and replaced, if
necessary.
Hydraulic motor
Replace the following items, if they are worn: item 3, 7, 152, 161, 171 and 172. Check the
function of the hydraulic motor after having the re-assembly completed.

Control
Switch valve clockwise – anti-clockwise
Replace the supporting rings item 19 and the o-rings item 20.
Switch valve on-off
Replace the o-rings item 14 and 15.
Connecting block
Replace the o-rings item 40 and 41. Check the valve slide item 37 and replace it, if necessary.
Motor
Switch valve clockwise-
