Problems and solutions
All repairs must be carried out exclusively by a specialised technician, with the
Thermostove completely cold and the electric plug pulled out. Is prohibited from
any unauthorized modification to the device and the replacement of parts with
other non-original. The operations marked in bold type must be carried out by
specialised personnel.
Check the correct combustion by the shape and colour of the flame.
PROBLEM
The flame thickens

In normal combustion, the flame should have a tapered shape, compact, with character "lively" and
with the tips tend to be vertical or crushed towards the back of the firebox. You have to have the feeling
that the flame is pulled upwards.

REMEDY
1. Define the adjustment of the Thermostove
2. Clean the smoke duct and check the pressure
switch that measures the proper depression of the
chimney

5. Replace the fuse
6. Remove all foreign matter from the chimney
or flue outlet of the barrel. It is recommended
