Possible cause
The cleaning area is not well illuminated.
AIVI Camera lens is dirty or blocked.
Wi-fi connection failed.
User authorization is not enabled.
Due to the network latency, you may not be
able to open Video Manager temporarily.
The AIVI Camera is blocked.
AI Camera in App is set to be off.
Insufficient water in Reservoir.
Incorrect placement of Fog-free
Humidification Module.
There are some problems in pumping
equipment.
OK YIKO Voice Assistant or Microphone is
turned off.
Solution
Smart Recognition requires sufficient lighting.
Please make sure the areas to be cleaned are well
illuminated.
Clean the lens with a clean soft cloth, and make sure
the sensor is not blocked.
Check the Wi-Fi connection status. AIRBOT must be in an
area with good Wi-Fi signal to enable the Video Manager.
Please check your consent in the Privacy Policy
before using the AIRBOT.
Try again later.
Remove the shield.
Set the AI Camera in App to be on.
Add water to MAX level.
Reinstall the Fog-free Humidification Module and
make sure it has been placed in the Filter completely
and correctly.
Please contact the customer service.
Turn on OK YIKO Voice Assistant or Microphone.
