Symbols, e.g. warnings, safety stickers, are safety information for the
handling of the device. Missing safety information may lead to serious
injuries.
Do not remove or modify the symbols.

Electrical Equipment
2.7.1
Damage to the Device's Electrical Equipment
Damage to the device's electrical equipment, e.g. damaged insulation, can
be life-threatening. There is a danger to life from contact with live parts.
If the electrical equipment of the device is defective, cut off the power

supply and contact Sartorius Service.
Keep live parts away from moisture. Moisture can cause short-circuits.

Power Supply Cable
The use of an unsuitable or inadequately dimensioned power supply cable
may have an unforeseeable impact and may cause life-threatening injuries
as a result of electric shocks, for example.
Only use the original power supply cable.

If the power supply cable must be replaced: Contact Sartorius Service.

Do not repair or modify the power supply cable.

Potential Equalization Cable
The lack of a potential equalization cable or the use of a defective potential
equalization cable may result in damage and may cause life-threatening
injuries, e.g. as a result of electric shocks.
Only switch the device on when the potential equalization cable is

connected.
Use the potential equalization cable provided.

If the potential equalization cable needs to be replaced: Please contact
