20 – 750 Define the mixing speed.
00:00:01 – − Define the duration for a mixing process or for a
99:59:59 phase in a recipe.
− If no duration is defined: The elapsed time will be dis-
played in the mixing process display.
10 Only in the "Mixing with recipe" operating mode:
− Define values for phases for a mixing process.
− If no values are entered in a phase: The phase is not
displayed in the recipe.
