1. Pull the axis bolt out of the wall mount bracket.
2. Position the spacer on the lower leg of the wall mount bracket.
3. Position the cantilever arm in such a way that the axis bolt can be easily
pushed through in the wall mount bracket. The spacer plate must be
threaded in at the bottom.
4. Insert the axis bolt through the wall mount bracket, spacer plate and
cantilever arm.
5. The inserted axis bolt must be secured under the wall mount bracket
with the screw.
