6.1.2.2 Sleep program
The sleep program helps to stimulate vasomotion during sleep.
The sleep program runs from the program start (A) until the wake-up time (B). For the first two hours
it runs at an intensity below the LOW level (7 µT). This is followed by a rest period; the B.Box Evo
switches to stand-by mode (C). During the two hours before the wake-up time, the treatment is
again applied at LOW intensity.
Example of sleep program
A & B = two hours of treatment each
C= rest phase (no treatment)
Example: The sleep program will start at 9.45 pm. Beginning at this time, the user is treated with
magnetic fields for two hours. After two hours, the magnetic field therapy ends and does not resume
until two hours before the set wake-up time. During these two hours, the magnetic field therapy
resumes and then ends with an acoustic alarm signal (if enabled).
The sleep program can only be activated if there is a minimum of six and a maximum of
ten hours between the program start and end. This is indicated by a green or red marker.
The intensity cannot be adjusted for the sleep program.
6.1.3 Targeted treatment
Targeted treatments can be applied two or three times a day. Starting with P1, you can switch to the
next higher program level every two to three days until P3 is reached. Subsequently, the treatment
is continued using P3.
User-defined programs
Each user can adapt the program sequences to suit his or her own needs. This is done in the expert
mode editor (see chapter 8.2.6).

6.2 Recommended use of light therapy (LLLT)
B.Light Clear Evo and B.Light Restore Evo can be used daily. The application modules should be
placed as close as possible to the area to be treated. The skin must be clean and dry (e.g., without
make-up, sunscreen, or creams).
The intensity and application time for the B.Light Clear Evo and B.Light Restore Evo light
applicators are explained below.
