CAUTION - Never:
a) work on the electrical system while the system is live;
b) modify the electrical system of the unit or the relevant drawings. Installation,
modifications and maintenance operations should be carried out by skilled
marine electricians;
c) alter or modify the rated current of the overcurrent protection devices;
d) install or replace electrical equipment or devices with components that
exceed the rated current of the circuit;
e) leave the unit unattended with the electrical system live, except the automatic
bilge pump, fire protection and alarm circuits.
MAINTENANCE
The device described in this manual does not require any maintenance.
If necessary, you can remove the button from the deck as described in the following
paragraph.
REMOVING THE BUTTON
1. Disconnect the switch electrical connections from the control unit.
2. Rotate the tilting cover towards the deck floor, to have free access to the three deck
fastening screws
3. Clean the visible components, eliminating any traces of water or dust
4. Unscrew the three fastening screws.
5. Remove the switch from the deck, taking care to remove the electrical cables from
the deck hole.
