2. Engage the chain brake. (Fig. 63)

To use the SavE function
The SavE function decreases the chain speed and the
power of the product.
1. Push the SavE button. The green LED comes on.
2. Push the SavE button again to disconnect the
function. The green LED goes off. (Fig. 67)
To stop the product
1. Push the start/stop button until the green LED light
goes off. (Fig. 66)
2. Push the battery release buttons and remove the
battery from the battery holder to prevent accidental
start. (Fig. 68)
Pull stroke and push stroke
You can cut through wood with the product in 2 different
positions.
To cut on the pull stroke is when you cut with the
bottom of the guide bar. The saw chain pulls through
the tree when you cut. In this position you have
better control of the product and the position of the
kickback zone.

To cut on the push stroke is when you cut with the
top of the guide bar. The saw chain pushes the
product in the direction of the operator.

stop. Turn the trunk and cut from the opposite side.
