Brace Removal
1. Detach Compression System Handles slowly from the belt to loosen
and re-attach them to the sides of the Adjustable Belt.
2. Detach the Overlap Closures and remove the brace.
3. To ensure a proper fit, ensure the Belt Compression System is
stretched to its full width before re-applying the brace.
Brace Adjustments
• To heat mold the panels, use a heat gun (350 °F/175 °C).
• The belt arms can be trimmed anteriorly where the Belt Ends are
folded, or posteriorly by detaching the belt arms from the Hook and
Loop Strip adjacent to the Belt Compression System (Fig. 13).
If trimming posteriorly, ensure the Belt Ends are retained and folded
per Fig 8.
MAINTENANCE / PRODUCT CARE / CLEANING AND CARE
• Miami LSO is designed for minimum maintenance and care.
• The padded covers may be removed from the rigid panels for washing.
• Hand-wash belt and/or cover(s) using mild soap and cold water
• Air dry flat
• Do not machine wash or place in tumble dryer.
