4.5. CALCULATING BODY FAT
The computer can determine a reference value for your body fat percentage.
Make sure the training computer is in STOP mode (STOP is displayed).
•
Press BODY FAT.
Enter Size with UP or DOWN. Confirm with ENTER (default 1.70 m).
•
Enter Weight with UP or DOWN. Confirm with ENTER (default 70 kg).
•
Enter Gender with UP or DOWN. Confirm with ENTER .
•
Enter Age with UP or DOWN key. Confirm with ENTER (default 35 years).
•

Press START/STOP. Put your hands on the grip sensors or wear a pulse belt.
•
Make sure that a pulse signal is received.
After some time, a value for the body fat percentage is displayed.
Please note that this measurement only provides rough reference values that cannot be used medically.
If necessary, consult medically trained persons in order to be able to assess the results correctly and, if
necessary, make more accurate measuring.
4.6 FREE TRAINING WITHOUT AND WITH
TARGET VALUE (PROGRAM P1)
If you want to just start training:
•
Press the START/STOP button on the training computer. Your training time is counted.
Program 1 is active.
•
Change the training intensity with the UP and DOWN buttons, if desired.
Never overexert yourself!
Optional: Setting a target value (TIME ( time duration), DISTANCE (distance) or CAL (calories)).
Make sure the training computer is in STOP mode (STOP is displayed). If necessary, press the STOP
•
button.
Press UP or DOWN until PROGRAM 01 (manual program) is shown on the display.

Press the ENTER key to select PROGRAM 01.
Possible target parameters (time, distance, calories) flash one after the other.
When the desired parameter is displayed, enter the target value with UP or DOWN . Confirm with the
•
ENTER key.
If no target value is desired for the parameter, do not make an entry.
Press the START/STOP button on the training computer. The training begins.

The selected target value is counted down. The other values are incremented.
4.7 SELECTING AN EXISTING PROGRAM
•
Make sure the training computer is in STOP mode (STOP is displayed). If necessary, press the STOP
button.
•
Press UP or DOWN until the desired program is displayed. The following 12 programs are preset at
the factory. Further programs can be created by the user and then selected in the same way:
P02: STAIRS
P06: FAT BURN
40
P03: HILL
P07: RAMP
P04: WAVES
P08: MOUNTAIN
P05: VALLEY
P09: INTERVALS
