The following figure shows a four-wire resistance measurement connection.

Keysight Measurement Manager operation
Select the 2-Wired Ω function and desired range for two-wire resistance
measurement. Select the 4-Wired Ω function and desired range for four-wire
resistance measurement. A suitable range should be selected to give the best
measurement resolution. The reading is displayed and updated continuously.

The following example shows how to make a resistance measurement using SCPI
commands.
