IMPORTANT NOTE
Prior to use, please read and follow carefully the safety precautions and warnings included in the manual.
1. The instruction manual must be considered an integral part of the product and must be kept for its entire life.
2. Please be careful during warm-up phase. During use, Sous Vide device, cooking containers and vacuum bags will heat
up. It is therefore recommended to use heat-insulating gloves or heat-resistant pliers to move the cooking pot. Do not
touch the Sous Vide device and the liquid directly with your hands.
3. Before cleaning and storing the Sous Vide device, make sure it is unplugged from the power source and has cooled
down completely. To avoid the possibility of personal injury, always unplug the device from the electrical outlet. Do not
pull out the power plug, always pull on the plug body only.
4. Do not immerse the power cable and/or plug in water or other liquids to avoid electric shocks.
5. People with physical, sensory or mental disabilities or unskilled people, may use and perform maintenance on the
product only under adult supervision. Children must not play with the device.
6. In the event of fault and/or malfunction, turn off and do not use the Sous Vide device. Do not deliberately dismantle
the product.
7. This product is designed to be used only for its intended use, indoor and domestic use, i.e. vacuum food cooking. Do not
use this product for other purposes than cooking (such as experiments or heating water in the bathtub).
8. Do not place the Sous Vide device near heat sources.
9. Check that your home power supply corresponds with this appliance's rated voltage. (Do not exceed the voltage listed
in the manual).
10. Fill the pot with water up to a level between the MIN and the MAX levels indicated on the heating element. The water
level must be between MIN and MAX.
11. After use, keep the Sous Vide device upright. Do not place it horizontally or upside down to prevent liquid reflux. Keep
the device dry when not in use.
12. Do not use any type of extension cord or damaged cables and plugs.
13. This product is not suitable for direct food contact. Place the machine in a water bath. Please make sure the food is
well sealed inside the vacuum bag.
14. Do not wash the product in the dishwasher.
