2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 COOKING GUIDE
1. Always place the food to be cooked in a suitable pouch, sealed for cooking. Do NOT put raw food directly in the water,
except for eggs.
2. Fix the Sous Vide device on the box.
3. Connect the device to a power outlet. Once connected, the LED indicator and display will flash once, then dim.

- Cooking time varies depending on the ingredients, portions and personal preferences. Remember that the water level will
rise when the plastic bag is immersed in the water, so check twice to ensure the water level is between MIN and MAX.
9. At the end of the set cooking time, cooking phase is complete. The LED indicator will turn blue and the device will beep
five times to remind the user to remove the food. Press

4. Press and hold ◄ or ► to increase or decrease by 1 °C each time. After increasing or decreasing 16 times, the tempe-
rature will change by 5 °C every time the button is pressed. Press and hold until the desired temperature is reached,
then release the button.
5. Once the desired temperature is set correctly, the display will flash three times.
6. Press and hold
for more than 2 seconds to change temperature units, from Celsius (°C) to Fahrenheit (°F) or vice versa.
The Sous Vide device simplifies the entire cooking process: place the food inside
