Time and temperature are already set according to the menu, but they can be adjusted to your preference.
After choosing what to cook, wait for 2 seconds and then Sous Vide starts the cooking phase.
3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before proceeding with cleaning or maintenance of the product, please follow the instructions below.
1. Turn off and unplug the device.
2. Let the device cool down completely before cleaning.
3. Check the product for damages, including the power cord.
4. If the product falls into water or breaks down, immediately contact the service and repair center.
5. The use of hard or mineral rich water can cause stains on the stainless-steel tube. Use the following methods to remove
stains and lime accumulation. When cool, clean the device with a soft cloth or a paper towel. Store the Sous Vide device
in a dry and well-ventilated place. Please do not place it in high-humidity environments or store it at high temperatures.
3.1 DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
Remove the stainless-steel column:
1. Pull the fixed clip down along the column, then rotate the stainless-steel body clockwise.
2. Pull down until the stainless-steel body is removed. If the part gets stuck in the body during the pulling process, gently
shake the column until it detaches completely. The pump cap can be removed prior to detaching the steel column.
3. To assembly the device, align the stainless-steel body with the thread, then turn/rotate the body counterclockwise to
secure it. Then place the fixed clip in the correct position.
3.2 CLEANING THE WATER CIRCULATOR
The heating tube, pump and sensors can be cleaned with detergent and a soft toothbrush.
Rinse them with water afterwards.
3.3 CLEANING THE STAINLESS-STEEL BODY
The stainless-steel body can be placed in a dishwasher or washed in a sink with detergent.
Use specific detergents to remove limestone deposits. It is recommended to wear cleaning gloves to prevent skin corro-
sion. Baking soda can also be used.
4. WARRANTY
This appliance is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase which must be proven by stamp or signature of the
retailer and by the receipt which you must be careful to keep and that is attached hereto. The warranty only covers manu-
facturing defects and does not apply if the damage is caused by an accidental event, incorrect use, negligence or misuse
of the product. Use only the accessories supplied; the use of different accessories may result in invalidity of the warranty.
Do not open the unit for any reason; in the case of opening or tampering, the warranty is definitively voided. The manu-
facturer declines any liability for any damage that may, directly or indirectly, be caused to persons, property or animals as
a result of the non-observance of all the requirements established in the relevant instructions manual and concerning,
especially, warnings relating to installation, use and maintenance of the appliance.
