GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS.-
Carefully read through the instructions contained in this
manual. It provides you with important information
about assembly, safety and use of the machine.

This unit has been designed for commercial use.The
user weight does not have to exceed 150kg.

Keep your hands well away from any of the moving
parts.

Parents and/or those responsible for children should
always take their curious nature into account and how
this can often lead to hazardous situations and be-
haviour resulting in accidents. This unit does not have
to be used in any case like toy.

The owner is responsible for ensuring that anyone
who uses the machine is duly informed about the
necessary precautions.

Your unit can only be used by one person at a time.

Use suitable clothing and footwear. tie up your
shoelace correctly

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take out all of the assembly pieces and remove the
packing. Check that all of the assembly pieces are
present, Fig.1.
ATTENTION: The assistance of a second person is
recommended when assembling this machine.

2. FITTING THE REAR STABILIZER.-
ATTENTION: The assistance of a second person is
required for this stage of the assembly.
Remove protections from main body.
Take the rear stabiliser with adjustable feet (31) and
position it on the machine's rear stand, insert the bolts
(34) with the washers (16) and nuts (17), tighten
securely. Fig.2.
3. FITTING THE UPPER FOCUS BARS.-
Bring your left arm (52L) (marked with the letter L) to
the lower arm (51L) Fig.3, connect the pulse cable on
the arm (515) to the pulse connector on the machine
(516).
Take the left arm (52L) and insert it onto the focus bar
spindle (51L), Fig.3. Fit the nuts (517) and screws
(518) and tighten securely.
Take the right focus bar (52R), (marked with the letter
"R") and go through the same assembly procedure as
with the left.
4. FITTING THE MAIN POST.-
Connect the two terminals coming out of the main post
(27) (28) and the main body (19) (14).
Insert the main post (21) onto the boss on the main
body (11) taking care not to pinch the cables.
Fit the bolts (113) as shown in Fig.4, align the
handlebar stem and hand tighten.
5.- FITTING THE MONITOR.-
Take hold of the monitor (22) and bring it up to main
post (21), connect the terminals (9PIN; 2PIN), coming
out of the bottom of the monitor, with terminals (27)
and (28) coming up out of the top of the main post (21),
Fig.5.
Attach the monitor (22) using screws (25), Fig.5,
making sure not to pinch the wires.
6. ATTACHING THE PEDALS.-
The assembly instructions for the pedals must be
followed to the letter, fitting these incorrectly could
damage the screw thread on the pedal or the crank.
Right and left refer to the position that the user adopts
when sitting on the saddle to do the exercises.
The right-hand pedal (130R), marked with the letter
(R), screws onto the right-hand crank (129R), also
marked with an (R), in a clockwise direction. Tighten
securely, Fig.6.
The left-hand pedal, marked with the letter (L), screws
onto the left-hand crank, also marked with an (L), in an
anti-clockwise direction. Tighten securely Fig. 6.
IMPORTANT: It is advisable to retighten these
screws after one month of using the machine.
LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its final position,
make sure that it sits flat on the floor and that it is level.
This can be achieved by screwing the adjustable feet
(33) up or down, as shown in Fig.7.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (58), as shown in
Fig.7, which make it easier to move.
The two wheels at the front of the unit make it easier to
place the unit in to any chosen position by lifting the
rear slightly.
