Perform the following steps before starting work:

Saw chain

Battery
•
Charger
11. Check the battery
12. Fully charge the battery
13. Clean the saw
14. Mount the bar and chain
15. Tension the saw chain
16. Fill up with chain oil
17. Check the controls
18. Check chain lubrication
19. If you cannot carry out this work: Do not use your chain saw and contact your servicing dealer.
