11.3 Checking chain lubrication
1.
Hold the guide bar over a light surface.
2.
Switch on the saw. Chain oil is thrown off the chain and is visible on the light surface. Chain lubrication
is operating properly.
If no chain oil can be seen:

Fill up with chain oil.
4.
Check chain lubrication again.
5.
If chain oil is still not visible on the light surface: Do
not use your chain saw and contact your servicing
dealer. This means, chain lubrication is defective.
11.4 Checking starting
1.
Keep bystanders at least 50m away during use. Objects may be thrown in all directions.
2.
Push the battery into the power input terminal of the power tool.
3.
Turn on/off the tool
•
Press the power button (2) two seconds , the buzzer will buzz 1 times as the mean while the screen
is lighted. The capacity of the battery and the working time of the tools will display on the screen.
•
Press and hold the safety trigger , while holding the handle. then press the lock-off button with your
thumb, press the Variable speed trigger at the same time. The chain saw will run.
