Assembling the brush
Please refer to illustrations 1-13 at the back
of the user instructions.
The brush is symmetrical and therefore
must be assembled the same on both sides.
Start by placing 2 brushes over the axle
without a spacer ring between them. Then
alternately place a spacer ring and a brush
on the axle until there are 7 spacer rings and
9 brushes on each axle.
Screw an end piece securely onto each side
of the axle.
Fitting the quick-release attach-
ment
If the quick release attachment is not tted
from the factory, you must install it using
the existing bolts and nuts on the sweeping
machine and sweeper module and/or snow
blower module.

Then t the sweeper module or snow blower
module by pushing the relevant attachment
into the attachments on the sweeping
machine and securing it with the handle on
each side.
Preparing the engine before start
NB! The sweeping machine must be lled
with engine oil before starting it!
Checking the petrol level
Check that there is enough unleaded petrol
in the petrol tank, and top up if necessary
with fresh unleaded petrol.
Checking the engine oil
The sweeping machine must be standing on
a level surface. Unscrew the oil plug (7) and
wipe the dipstick. Fully screw the oil plug to
the bottom and then unscrew it again. Check
that the oil level is between the Min and Max
marks on the dipstick. If necessary, top up
with fresh oil and tighten the dipstick.
Checking the clutch cable
Check before starting that the clutch cable is
loosened so that the wheels can rotate freely
without the clutch handle being pressed
down.
If necessary, loosen the clutch cable by
turning the oblong adjustment screw and
then tightening it to the required setting
using the shorter counter-screw.
