Keep tight hold of the handlebar and press
the clutch handle (1) for the wheels fully
down. The sweeping machine starts to move
forwards or backwards depending on the
gear selector setting.
Press the clutch handle (3) for the brush in.
The brush starts to rotate.
Turn the engine off once you have � nished
using the sweeping machine.
Cleaning and maintenance
Brush the sweeping machine off with a
soft brush or blow it with compressed air
to remove any dust and dirt. The brush and
underside of the skirt can be rinsed with a
garden hose.
Spray the moving parts with an anti-rust
lubricant.
Store the machine in a dry location out of the
reach of children.
Maintaining the engine
After the � rst 20 hours of operation:
Replace the engine oil.
It is easier to drain off the engine oil while
it is warm, as it is thinner. Place a suitable
collection vessel under the drain screw on
the engine.
Undo the drain screw and allow the oil to run
into the collection vessel.
Retighten the drain screw once all the oil has
run out. Fill the engine with around 0.6 litres
of fresh engine oil.
Dispose of the used oil in accordance with
local rules and regulations.

Every 50 hours of normal operation:
Replace the engine oil.
Clean the air � lter by loosening the nuts on
top of the � lter cover, remove the cover and
clean the � lter element with compressed
air. If the � lter element cannot be cleaned
properly, replace it.
Remove the sweeper and snow blower
module and lubricate the universal joint
using a grease gun.
Every 100 hours of normal operation:
Remove the spark plug. Use a feeler gauge to
check that the spark gap is 0.7-0.8 mm and
adjust if necessary.
