Residual risks when using the device
A risk exists that oil may leak out of the pump when the device is transported in a lying position
or has been tilted severely.
• When transporting the device, make sure that it is upright at all times.
A risk exists of a hydraulic hose bursting or a screw connection leaking during operation.
This may allow oil to escape under high pressure.
• Wear personal protective equipment when working on the device
(see section "Personal protective equipment").
A risk exists that smaller particles may be ejected from the processing area at high speed (e.g. if the
rubber scraper bursts when punching, tools break off or an incorrect tool combination is used when
punching).

Due to the high weight, a risk exists of being crushed between the tools and the base body of the
device when assembling the bending die or the bending mandrel.
• Set up the device with the necessary care and observe the maximum permissible lifting weights
for persons.
If the device is used to machine rails made of a material that is not approved or made of material
that is too thick, there is a risk that the tools will be damaged and tool parts will splinter.
• Only work on materials in accordance with their intended use
(see section "Intended use") and the technical data
(see section "Technical data").
If long rails are processed with the device, a risk exists that these rails may fall off of the
processing carriage.
• Support long rails with a suitable, stable support to prevent unwanted tipping and thus avoid
any risk of injury.

The 4-station processing trolley is only approved for the specified types of material and work operations.
It is only to be operated by trained personnel.
It is not suitable for processing high-strength materials and material dimensions that differ from the
intended purpose. Use in dry and well-ventilated rooms. When transporting in vehicles, the castors must
be fixed and the processing trolley must be secured against slipping.

• Bending copper busbars up to max. 120 x 12 mm,
• punching copper busbars up to max. Ø 6.6 - 21.5 mm,
• cutting copper busbars up to max. 120 x 12 mm,
• crimping of cable lugs from 10 - 300 mm
• Hole punching of round, square, shaped and special dimensions
• The processing stations for bending and punching busbars as well as cutting are sunk into the table.
They enable quick and clean work.
• Using a hand wheel, the universal working cylinder can be continuously raised and lowered hydraulically
according to the hole pattern to be punched.
• The processing devices are coupled to a hydraulic central unit built into the interior of the car.
• A laterally extendable support extension is provided as a support for long rails.
• Quick-release couplings can be used on 2 additional lateral hydraulic hoses to attach compression
heads (e.g. compression head 10 - 300 mm
for punching holes.
• The scope of delivery includes a foot switch with connection cable. Up to 3 additional foot switches can
be connected to the various stations.
• There are 4 tool drawers in the trolley with compartments for punches and dies.
It can be moved on 4 castors, 2 of which have a lock.
