• Set the switch on the device to "Punch". For hole punching, the bending die and the electrical angle
reader are taken from the work block.
• Then stamps with neoprene wiper and pressure plate (up to 14 mm diameter) are inserted into the
mounting hole of the work block.
• The punch holder is fixed by the work block with a small set screw opposite the height indicator. Use the
key supplied for this.
• According to the busbar width and the hole arrangement, the working cylinder can be continuously
adjusted to the punching centre by means of a lifting unit and a counter attached to the front.
• The hole pattern should be punched on the power rail.
• The centre point of the punch is placed in the centre punch. This enables the hole pattern to be punched
to be produced exactly.
• the punching process is completed by a sensor that works as a limit switch.
• When the process is complete, the punch then moves back to its starting position.
• It is advisable to lightly oil the stamp to make it easier to withdraw.

tools and to make it easier to return to the starting position.
