A risk exists when using the wrong tool combination that tool parts will split and be ejected
from the machining area.
• Make sure you use the correct combination of tools.
• wear personal protective equipment when working on the device
(see section "personal protective equipment").

• toggle switch in "punching" position!
• close the hood. Lifting up the hood interrupts the punching process and the tool runs backward.
cutting BuSBARS

when cutting busbars, a risk exists of body parts being sheared off or jammed due to the knife.
• Make sure that nobody reaches into the cutting area, especially not after beginning a
cutting process.
• in a dangerous situation, press one of the red emergency stop buttons on the device or,
alternatively, press the foot switch beyond the first pressure point to stop the work process!
• Plug the foot switch into the "Cutting" socket.
• Before cutting, you should set the stop on the work table so that the busbar is cut in the middle
and at right angles.
• To do this, loosen the clamping screw and move the guide plate sideways accordingly.
• Tighten the clamping screw again and set the hold-down as low as possible on the material.
• Pressing the foot switch triggers the cutting process.
• There is a limit switch on the cutting device that switches off automatically after cutting.
The cutting waste ends up in the waste bin located below the cutting device.

• Always align the busbars centrally and at right angles to the cutting knife!

• only work with a sharp cutting knife!
• Resharpen the cutting knife in good time! never reach into the cutting area!
