Points to notice when connecting to the
network
When connecting the machine to the network, do not directly connect
to the internet but to the sub network (range divided by the router) in
which only the authorised device (such as PC) for the communication
with the machine in the protected LAN in some way like firewall is
connected. And manage the connected devices in the sub network so
that the network condition may always be maintained. Also use the
filter setting function to prevent illegal access.

Wireless LAN
The communication range of wireless LAN may shorten or
communication may not be possible in some usage environments, due
to shielding materials, the installation location, the effects of ambient
radio noise, data transmission speed, and other factors.
Document filing
The machine includes the document filing function, which stores
document image data on the machine's hard drive. Stored documents
can be called up and printed or transmitted as needed. If a hard drive
failure occurs, it will no longer be possible to call up the stored
document data. To prevent the loss of important documents in the
unlikely event of a hard drive failure, keep the originals of important
documents or store the original data elsewhere.
With the exception of instances provided for by law, Sharp Corporation
